Our Story
We started with a suitcase problem.
You know the one. You're packing for a week somewhere warm and nothing works. The linen pants that look incredible but wrinkle the second you sit down. The dress that's perfect for the beach but too casual for dinner. The bikini that photographs well and fits terribly.
We got tired of choosing between clothes that look good and clothes that actually work. So we made both.
TAVÀRA is resort wear for women who don't separate vacation clothes from real clothes. The best wardrobe works everywhere — on a terrace in Positano, at a lunch meeting in Miami, on a Tuesday in your living room.

Real fabrics, always. Every piece is made from linen, organic cotton, silk, or recycled nylon. We use fabrics you can feel the difference in. Our materials come from mills in Portugal, Italy, and Turkey — that's where the good stuff is.
Made in Los Angeles. Our swim collection is cut and sewn in Los Angeles by people we know by name. Complete control over quality. The speed to move with the brand.
Designed for real bodies in motion. We test every piece the way you'll actually wear it. Can you walk? Sit? Raise your arms? Does the wrap dress work at a size 2 and a size 12? If it doesn't pass the movement test, it goes back to development.
Seasonless, not timeless. We're not making museum pieces. We're making beautiful clothes for right now that you'll still reach for in three years because the fabric holds up and the design doesn't scream a single moment in time.
who we are
TAVÀRA was founded by Haylee, who spent years packing for trips and feeling like no single brand understood her life. She wanted pieces that moved between coastlines and cities without a wardrobe change. Fabrics she'd actually want against her skin. A brand that felt like a friend's recommendation, not a corporation's ad.
So she built it.
We're a small team in Los Angeles. We design in-house, manufacture locally, and ship directly to you. Every dollar goes toward better fabric, better construction, and a better experience when you open the box.
